Roman Polanski, Quaaludes & Sex

Long story short, lawyers have begun efforts to have his "unlawful intercourse" conviction from the 70's, in which he admitted to shtupping a 13 year old, overturned on the grounds of judicial/prosecutorial misconduct.

The court documents filed this past week contain a copy of the probation officer's report from 1977. A few pages in the beginning are dedicated to Polanski's past (did you know he was a holocaust survivor?) but then launches into graphic detail about what went down that fateful March evening in Jack Nicholson's house.
